However, what you are going through is already uncommon. You have been reporting the issue to the landlord and has even made a journal about it and that’s very good documentation. I think, you’ve tried everything that you can do. At this point, I think it’s best to involve some professionals to mediate for you. The RPA has a complaint center that you can use.
