IS SUPPOSED TO KEEP IT CONFIDENTIAL WITH NO QUESTIONS ASKED. I WOULD DISCUSS THIS WITH YOUR CASE AGENT AND WHAT YOU CAN DO ABOUT THIS. TO ME

This is what is referred to as retaliation. As a renter you are considered a consumer, the landlord is considered a business. As a consumer you have right to file a complaint about any business (in this case– against your landlord)

If your landlord is retaliating against you because you filed a complaint, that is wrong and can be considered landlord retaliation.

I’m trying to figure out why your landlord would make such a record public?? Won’t it make her look just as bad to show that a complaint was filed against her?

Have you talked to your case agent about this? I would!
