If it said  that you are the one responsible for treatment and you approved of it by signing the lease agreement then there&#039;s really nothing you can do but abide by it. However if is not then your landlord should pay for the treatment. If you have done your part and still nothing was ever done by your landlord then you can file a complaint against him.
