If the lease agreement can be a proof of the date you moved in then show that to her! Let them know the facts. Try to explain to them your side. Maybe when you went there she was having a bad day. The validity of their notice depends if they will pursue it legally. Just prepare when they’ll take it to another level.Seriously, I am sorry you are having so much trouble.
