It service is one of the things that you&#039;re paying for in your rent anyway. So since that has not been provided, talk to you landlord and see if you could prorate the rent or mutually agree to annul the lease agreement. If the landlord refuses to cooperate, you can file a formal complaint against him. The RPA has a complaint center that you can use. Do try and check it out.]]></description>
