As of the moment, collect all the receipts that you have from the repairs you did and paid for. If there are letters from the water and electric companies, keep them too. With all those violations, I&#039;m actually quite surprised that you haven&#039;t reported them yet to your local housing department. Oh by the way, it was you and the LL who made the deal right? So maybe you can talk to the LL about his wife coming into the picture. I&#039;m pretty sure the wife doesn&#039;t really understand everything so it&#039;s best that the LL husband explain things to her. And did you get your agreement in writing? If not, then write it down and have the LL - not the wife - sign it. If the issue doesn&#039;t get resolved, contact a mediator to help. RPA has a complaint department that you can access.]]></description>
