		<description><![CDATA[All states I believe will allow you to at least charge a fee that will cover what you pay for your credit check. I do know some states regulate charging more than that amount so check with your local landlord association or google it. I&#039;ve use a company for years to get my credit check data who also supplies me with the forms you need to legally pull a credit report on someone. I actually get a package that includes credit, eviction record check and criminal record search for $30 but have other options.
