		<description><![CDATA[I would suggest reading over your lease agreement with a fine tooth comb.  It may not disclose the fee in the agreement, but equally important it probably doesn&#039;t exclude the fee either.  Most likely somewhere in the agreement you will be able to find something that says both parties may be responsible for attorney fees concerning the agreement or changes to it.  
As for your question of whether or not your landlord is legally charging the fee... Well, the fee seems to be well within the bounds of the law.  I can assure you that no state will specifically have a law that prohibits a fee for re-assignment of a lease.]]></description>
