Do you have receipts of your previous payments to establish that it has been your monthly payment pattern? And do you have proof that you have informed your landlord of the problems that need fixing in the apartment? If so, then you can bring them to your landlord and try to resolve the issue with her. If that does not work, a mediation company like the RPA can step in. I think there’s a complaint form that you can use on their site.
