		<description><![CDATA[Also I was going to mention...  if you paid your first and last months rent that money is separate.  The first months rent would pay the first months rent.  The last months rent would cover the last month of the contract.  If you are being evicted you are in jeopardy of attorney fees and other cost that could add up.  Depending on the rental contract you may lose your last months security deposit for breaching the contract, or it could just be deducted from the charges required to evict.]]></description>

		<description><![CDATA[Economic times are hitting the rental market hard too.  The process to evict does require the landlord to give you a pay or quit notice.  If the legal notice gives you 5 business days, then that should be the legal term.  The pay or quit notice is legal, but I&#039;m not so sure about the hand written letter.   I guess I would have to see it to comment.]]></description>
