		<description><![CDATA[Your landlord needs to take care of your leaking roof.  There are options where you can pay for it and then deduct it from your rent, but that would require that you go through some type of legal process.  (maybe a complaint with RPA??)  As far as breaking your lease due to a leaking roof... might be a stretch.  If the leak is causing discolor and cosmetic issues it probably isn&#039;t enough to claim a breach of contact which would allow you to terminate your lease.  

You do have right to demand that they repair the roof.  They might be dragging their feet because it could be that the entire roof needs to be replaced which would cost a lot of money. (easily 10 thousand dollars)]]></description>
