Our water/sewer/trash removal charged by square footage, not by number of persons in unit. As a single tenant in a particular 2/2, I’m paying same monthly charge as family of four in same size unit down the hall. Being ripped off royally, and landlord making a fortune off overcharging for trash removal. I’m told if I don’t like it I can move. No power…landlords have it all.
