		<description><![CDATA[I hear your pain!  (pun intended)  I&#039;ve got a train that zooms past my rental unit every 15 minutes all day.  I never thought it would be this bad, but wow, is it loud.  Its a bit more difficult for me to blame the landlord... I knew the tracks were there when I toured the unit.  Kind of sucks!  I feel your pain, good luck.]]></description>

The 4 items you listed are probably a nuisance, but hardly anything that would allow you to get out of your lease early.  This is one of those buyer beware renter stories.  Sometimes you never know what you&#039;ll find after moving into an apartment.  There is no law that requires a landlord to disclose heater locations.]]></description>
