IT DOES MATTER HOW MANY PEOPLE ARE IN THE APT AND HOW MANY CHILDERN AND ALSO THE SEX OF THE KIDS BOYS AND GURLS OF A CERTAIN AGE ARE REQUIRED TO HAVE SEPERATE ROOMS …..ALSO YOU CAN ALWAYS CALL THE COPS THERE ARE NOISE CODES FOR THE CITY BUT ALSO ANY NOISE THAT IS DISTURBING TO OTHERS. FOR EXAMPLE THERE IS A CERTAIN TIME FOR CONSTRUCTION AND CITY WORKERS TO START MAKING NOISE ALSO ONE FOR GENRAL NOISE OUTSIDE AND INSIDE SAY ITS AFTER THE CITY TIME AND YOU ARE ALLOWED TO MAKE NOISE OUTSIDE THAT DOES NOT MEAN YOU CAN SIT OUTSIDE AND BUMP YA MUSIC IF IT BOTHERS ME I WILL CALL THE POLICE AND THEY COME OUT AND MAKE THEM TURN IT DOWN …..

Unfortunately 3 adult are allowed to live in a one bedroom apartment and the children have no bearing on the building or health code. My suggestion to you would be to call your local police because I’m sure there is something written in the lease about a curfew or even in you city code. They are disturbing your peace and quiet. I would also recommend that go to the website of you Secretary of State and see if there is a Landlord Tenant Act and if so, download it. Landlords have responsibilities to their tenants . I hope this helps
