		<description><![CDATA[The problem is that all tenants are entitled to quiet enjoyment, so if your kids are loud enough that other tenants are not able to enjoy their quiet enjoyment, then you could be evicted.   There&#039;s not really a good fix for this.  Noise problems are always going to be a problem for tenants living in large complexes.  


I suggest you come up with some solutions for your kids.  Even though its winter, you can still take them to indoor like areas where they can get the wiggles out, such as libraries, stores, Mcdonalds Play place, etc.
Personally, if I were you... I would not renew your lease and find another unit that is more suitable for you.  With this economy you may be able to find a small home in the same price range you are paying for your current apartment.  I sure wouldn&#039;t want to have to worry about complaints either.  But, the facts are that you may be evicted if your kids continue to be a problem for other tenants.  (even if it is an old lady)]]></description>
