It works like the 3-day notices, 30-day notices and so on. Basically, every formal communication between the landlord and the tenant must be mailed for documentation purposes. I think what your landlord did is not right. Why don&#039;t you file a formal complaint against him? The RPA has a complaint center on site.]]></description>
