Tell the landlord to bill the tenants responsible, including themselves. That crazy your landlord would send you the bill. I’d also file a complaint with the RPA, they should help you get to the bottom of this.

So whatever kid was driving the 4-wheeler should be responsible for the damage they caused to the rental. Now that you have the bill, I would take it to the parent of the child that damaged the door and ask for them to pay the bill.
