After Being here a year we went on a month to month base! the landlord knowing that we pay our rent. On July 18th we received in certified mail that we needed to be out by August 17th due to foreclosure! Less than a month to pack and find a place plus we both work full time. I have tried talking to Sharon Frankenberg (the attorney for the bank) about all of this just trying to give us a little more time! And she wont!! She acts like we are are the ones in the wrong!! And wont even work with us!! I even have rent checks where we paid rent and she said she dont care!! Where is our rights?
