You'd have to check your state tenant laws, Scott. But what I know is you may stay in the house even after the short sale and while the property is being transferred to the new owner. If the new owner wants you to continue as tenants, then you're good. If not, then he will issue a 30-, 60- or 90-day notice, depending on your state. As for the walk throughs, you can talk to your landlord about having them scheduled. Maybe twice a week with no evenings. The landlord will then pass on this request to the agent who will make the adjustments. Hope that helps!
