The guy wares hard plastic soles on his sandals/slippers so in the bedroom it makes a cluking sound like wood on wood, wakes me out of my sleep or just annoying. Some apts. are not insulated properly to save money or was a house converted into duplex. When you live over top someone there is more risk of the daily living of that person annoying the person under you.
