		<description><![CDATA[Send them a letter, certified mail, that your security deposit has not been returned by the specified time (I assume your state has timeframe for returning security deposits?), and if it is not forwarded to you within two weeks (give a specific date), that you will take them to court in order to remedy the situation.  If they do not comply, follow through.  It shouldn&#039;t take a lot of money to file, and you can ask the court to include court fees and filing fees in any judgment against the landlord so you can recoup.]]></description>
