landlord refusues to return 750.00 deposit. unit left in very good shape. landlord's behavior had become dangerous-threatening to kill himself with a gun. also in an intoxicated state land lord hit my car-this was witnessed. he reports he "doesn't remember". police notified. authorities took him away for a day. left the apartment May 2nd 2010. the forementioned events took place mid March 2010-I did not feel safe living there by myself. he also lived on the premises alone
