COMPLAINT : Bed BUg Investation
Fair Resolution according to renter :
  1. Erradicate the bugs from my apartment a their cost
  2. refund my rent for ignoring me for the past 2 weekends which I have stayed away from the unit
  3. pay to have all my clothes cleaned

Once I noticed the problem I contacted them imediately and they have contacted me once only to tell me that I have to pay for the removal. I have the ND renter's rights handbook which says that they have to provide me a " safe and habitable place to live". As I'm sure you know it's hard to sleep at night when you know these buggers are seeking you out while you sleep. It's very frustating when I pay rent here and they are avoiding the situation which is only making the problem worse.
