on august 1st we paid the rent to him and we told him that we need to look for another apartment and we explain to him our personal reasons,he agree that.we lived there a year.we left the house septerber 1st in the night,i knock his door and told him that we gonna see him next day to check the aparment,we agree that we made some scratches in the floor and the wall too it wasn't holes it was a scratch in the two bedrooms because the beds. we talked he said that we can fix it or he can call a company to fix it,i told my sister that we need to find someone to help us because we don't know anything about fix a scratch in the floor,but we knew that it wasn't a big jod for a man .my sister called his ex-husband and he said that he is gonna fix everything. because in the living room i scotch tape a picture in the wall that's why it peel off the paint only in the area of the picture, it was something very small .and he was agree of everything when this man arrive to the house he didn't let him in the house .he called my sister very agressive and rude saying that he took to long to came and fix the sister explain to him that sunday nobody works and monday was a labor day .we let my sister ex-husband deal with him because we were afraid of him because hes very agressive,but he told him that he better stay out of that because it wasn't his problem.hes a liar becase he said that he gave us a microwave,which he never did and the apartment wasn't clean us he said the floor in the kitchen was very dirty and old,refrigerator is very old too, when we moved into the aparment that's how we founded and he told my sister that we should clean the kitchen floor with bleach.i know he didn't spend $1400 in those damage because it wasn't big damages,and is not fair what he did to us just because we are womens,i bet it will be different wiht a man.he took copy of our identification we would like those copy back please.i took one picture but unfortunanlly by mistake my daughter erease from my cell phone.i don't have any proof,

Due to the landlords refusal to cooperate with RPA Mediation, the RPA has no choice but to close this case. The tenant will need to seek other legal options such as court.
