- A bedbug infestation was discovered by tenant after visual sightings of fully grown bed bugs crawling in bed. Tenant was disgusted and spent the night at a local Hotel. - Tenant notified the management office of the infestation and communicated that he had scheduled an inspection with Orkin. The management office instructed tenant to go forward with the Orkin advising and keep Village Park abreast of the situation. - On may May 16, 2013, professional exterminator Bryan King from the Orkin Company inspected the apartment and confirmed the infestation. Bryan recommended a "full treatment to all areas of the apartment with two follow up visits". - Tenant disposed of bed and box springs using methods instructed by Orkin. Apartment was completely cleaned and all clothes laundered in preparation for chemical treatment from Orkin. - On May 22, 2013, pest specialist Matt Mossoian completed the full apartment treatment at a cost of $450.00. A follow up visit was scheduled for June 5, 2013. - On May 31, 2013, tenant discovered more full sized bed bugs on newly purchased air mattress. - On June 2, 2013, tenant files complaint against landlord
