On January 31, 2013, my Landlord Lisanne Bogle, short sold the property address above in which I was her tenant since January 1, 2011. I was told by her selling Agent (Todd Barton), that the Pet and Security Deposits would be transferred over to the New Owners at sale of the property. My new landlords Gary and Kellie Sinks informed me that their HUD statement did not show any transfer of deposits for my Pet and Security deposit in which I gave to Lisanne Bogle on December 20,2010 to lease the home.
