I was told I had broken the terms of the rental agreement, but one was never provided to me. I've asked five times as of July 22 for one to be provided. Also unlawful entry by building manager's fiancÚ, 'emergency' entrance to address plumbing issue reported 19 months earlier, and an unrepaired chandelier left for 13 days as of July 22.
