Despite repeated requests for proper notification upon entry, the landlord continuously entered the rented premises with less than 24 hours notice and occasionally without any notification whatsoever. Entry was also made after 'reasonable hours' on at least one occasion that can be verified. Multiple conversation attempts were made via text and email, requesting proper notice. Said texts were acknowledged and dismissed by the landlord. Proof of text conversation and voicemails concerning the issue are available. This situation made living in the rented property extremely uncomfortable as I was unaware of when the landlord would be entering the property. This lead me to stay at a different address for the last month of my lease. The landlord was particularly insensitive to timely notice during the last month of my lease.. Visitors were announced with as little as 30 minutes notice during a workday and without direct permission to enter the leased bedroom. This instilled feeling of insecurity and a complete loss of trust in the landlord and his 'business'. Let it be said also that this is an all-female housing unit in which a male landlord was entering without notice; causing more than just myself anxiety as to when we would have unannounced visitation.
