moved out on june 30th. me and my son did a walkthrough and a checklist was given to us. the checklist stated that the yards were taken care of and the house was clean ecxcept for the oven. i got an itemized statement from the landlord on july 26th along with a check for 200 stating that she charged me 8hrs of cleaning at $60 an hr totaling $480.she also charged $150 for yardwork and $100 for flower replacement which was not done.she also charged me $160 for carpet cleaning.she said she gave me a credit of$100 because the house wasnt spotless when we moved in. i contacted her and she offered to give me$100 thats it. i told her that this was unacceptable and that i wanted receipts for work done. she then got upset and said that i destroyed her yards. i told her again that the yards were marked off as being taken care of on the walkthrough. i havnt heard from her since.
