Since I have moved in in November 2012 I have filed complaints of mold in the ceiling of my bedroom. Maintenance men have been sent three times to make repairs in the ceiling but the underlying problem of the leak in the roof has not been accounted for. I sent a letter via certified mail August 26, 2013 explaining the problem. In the responding letter which I received September 3, 2013 I was told that a contractor had been hired to repair the roof but the date of when the repairs would start was indefinite and I was given the option to move and have my lease voided.
