we were giong to rent this property, we went to sign lease and rent was to be $688 for yr lease, michael had changed it to $750, we did agree at time,we gave $780 at that time. it was never descused at time that securty deposit was $1100 until after we signed lease. we were not given a copy at that time it was to be given to us that weekend when we brought money and got key. We decided that we did not any longer want to take the place because of all the changes we didnt expect. so i contacted him and said this wasnt going to work. he was willing to chane a few things but we were not sure about taking it after so many changes and all the things that not disclosed to us in the first place. We asked to get our money back and said we can not take as we cant afford and our incurance didnt go through(which was mantitory to take the rental) so we couldnt take it anyway. He told us we are opligated to pay for it or wether we rent it or not. Michael said he would try to find renters for it to minimize our lose. he did repost it at that time at anouther price even higher this time, i did contact him again, noticing that he did not repost it for some time now to see about our money, he did mention that he did show it but no renters yet. i mentioned that i notice he hasnot reposted it for a while. I looked it up again and he has now reposted it but again at anouther price. (this time lower) . We didnt expect him to do things so much diffrent then other landlords. we expected 688 rent 688 security like usual.

Renter Dec 9, 2013 1.Michael has not reposted the add since nov 23. It is now dec. We contacted him the first week in december to find out if we can get our deposit back and gereplied saying he will be taking us to court.

Renter Nov 23, 2013 1.Still no info back from landlord. He has reposted a add again so he should have had time to replied to rpa. We will take legal actions if needed to get whats ours back.
