COMPLAINT DETAILS (from renter)

Three week of rashes arms, legs, chest, many visits to Temple infirmary , many sleepless nights of itching. We complained for weeks we could never get anyone to even answer our calls, it wasn't until my mom threatened to with hold rent that they even did anything, they finally sent our Terminex exterminator who said he saw nothing. The rashes would not go away. Then they sent out another exterminator and this saw the problem but will only spray their apartment and he said this treatment probably won't help because it needs a steam treatment which the land lords won't do because of the expense. He stated the whole biuilding would need to be treated because they live in the walls. We are at a stand still now waiting and miserable.
