I have contacted the management office several times in regards my furnace with smell of CO that is in my apartment. Call emergency maintenance he came and said there was not gas leak, call managment again the very next business day and they sent maintenance man again which he refuse to do work, due to extermination for beg bugs, which I went through a difficult time with managment regarding that. I've called Columbia Gas three times for emergency, which they came the same day of call (1) and found that there was a gas leak and CO (smell) was high as 500 in the house. The Gas company left notice that the furnace was needing repairs as well as the water tank. The GAS company shut off the Gas due to hazardous conditions of the furnace. I've call back management the next day and notified them of Columbus Gas results and the GAS Company left Red Tags on the furnace and the Water tank and I also advised Managment (Cain) of what the Columbus Gas Stated that they need to sent a Certified HVAC to check the furnace. Managment stated that all of his guys was certified. After managment sent maintenance again to fix the issue the GAS company have indicated, Managment left card stated the furnace was fix, Called GAS company to Come out to cut Gas back on the The GAS company stated the problmem was not corrected. MANGEEMENT WAS CALLED AGAIN RGARDING THE ISSUE AND STILL HAVE THE SAME SMELL THROUGH OUT THE HOUSE. i CALL THE FIRE DEPARTMENT WHO CAME OUT TO CHECK THE PROBLEM AND THEY ALSO STATED THE CO (SMELL) WAS HIGH AS 110, i HAVE A WRITTEN REPORT AND THE FIRE DEPARTMENT TURNED OFF THE FURNACE AND STATED AND NOTED THAT MANAGEMENT NEED TO HAVE A LICENED HVAC contractor to look at the furnace. i'VE CALLED MANAGMENT THREE TIME AFTER THIS INCIDENT AND i'M STILL WAITING FOR MANAGMENT TO FIX THE FURNACE. i AM NOW LIVIING IN A COLD HOUSED WITH NO HEAT.
