COMPLAINT DETAILS (from renter)

i gave a security deposit if $900.00. They charged me for cleaning carpet and painting (i.e. normal wear and tear). The toilet overflowed and I reported this to Brian Adams as well as the bath paint was pealing off via text messages which I can provide, You cannot paint a porcelain tub and they did and as I cleaned the paint turned green and started peeling off. I told them to fix it as I have Crohn\\\'s disease and have to soak in the tub. The tub got to the point that I complained again since it was toxic and therefore unusable.
