COMPLAINT : Bed Bugs In Carpet
Fair Resolution according to renter :
  1. Provide Treatment For Bed Bugs Until Bed Bugs Are Gone, Starting 6/12/2017.
  2. Reimburse me for RPA fees.
  3. If bed bugs are not eradicated in a timely manner allow me out of my lease without penalties and promptly.
  4. Reimburse me for my expenses and loss of property.

COMPLAINT DETAILS (from renter)

I have seen beg bugs in the carpet and I have one area on my inner right calf where bed bugs have bitten me. All of the bed linens and mattresses are brand new and delivered to the apartment in the seller\'s original packaging by amazon.com just this week. I did not have any bed bugs prior to this Thursday and Friday when I arrived and moved into the apartment.
