They broke the contract the moment they did not provide a clean, working order apartment. The grounds are filthy, the whirlpool and sauna never worked, and their representative sent me an email that they did not have to furnish advertised amenities. They charge their tenants 30 days rent, yet only provide 3 weeks rental in their last month. Their office management has a fiance who works at a rival internet provider to AT&T, this rival company continually contacted me to sign on for services. They were dishonest in asserting that they had no 1 bdrms available and my short term rental had been rented, they did this because I complained and they no longer wanted to deal with me. I am a FEMA evacuee with health issues and they have known this all along, my treatment is going to take longer than anticipated. Dilapidated furniture, cars, litter, abound on the grounds. I have taken photos and I have complained, it is very expensive to live here, they take your money and do NOTHING in return.
