I am an African American tenant who resides at the above address,I am the only African American in the building, and never had a landlord that I had issues with until now, when he took over the building he sent out a letter after stating he took over the building their was no friendly get to know you conversation all the way up to this present date. I pay my rent, I have 2 kids 23,16yrs and a grand baby. The police are not called to my house, I don\\\'t have any housekeeping issues, and I mind my own business, I am cordial to fellow residents.1st complaint 6/14/2020 Received text stating music was too loud at 1:12pm in the afternoon,Music ordinance is from 10pm to 8am in the morning,7/11/2020 at 9:19am received a text about a work order well he was not able to meet the times I originally had scheduled he called me and I confirmed a time of 10 or 10:30am, he came before the specified time at 9:30am I declined him fixing the repair. 7/31/2020 he stated that he received a complaint of music/noise coming from my apartment, There was no noise/music blaring from my apartment, and if it persists that he was going to act proportionately. Never came to ask or discuss the matter, just sent me a text stating that he would act proportionately. 8.7.2020 I received a text stating that my daughter is parking in other peoples parking spot and that he has brought up this issue before and if there is a another complaint vehicles will be towed, get it moved immediately!!! Well again the landlord did not receive our side of the story of the vehicles,The neighbors(friend not a resident) stated to my daughter \\\'MOVE BITCH\\\', THAT\\\'S MY SPOT BITCH had brought the incident to the landlord he acted as if he took sides with the neighbor\\\'s friend just blatant disrespect of the black girl(my daughter) being called out her name and bringing the issues to him, like it was I and my daughter\\\'s fault, I tried to reason with the neighbors guest and got brushed off by them as well. I asked him to speak to a higher person over his head and he stated that he is the head person and he makes the rules at this property. I received a text on 8.20.2020 of multiple complaints of marijuana being smoked in my apartment and this needs to stop immediately and that reports/complaints have been received that drug dealings are happening no pic and that it would be best that I move by the end of the month. I am in a hostile environment and due to COVID19 can\\\'t afford to move and like where I am currently living
