Landlord hasn’t fixed the water source Properly Since July 1, 2018 also There is a Big opening Between the roof by the front door that has not been fixed. And also I would like to add that the structure of the property it’s self is unleveled. For the pass 2 years I have been paying a high than normal water bill due to leaks in the water pipes. The pipes also have burts so I’ve been without running water and My landlord Miss Johnson hasn’t tried to helps with the utility bill an or hasn’t fixed the problems. She states that I owe her money, for her on neglect to property. Because I couldn’t pay her due to the fact that I’ve been buying water scents the last snowfall we had here and it been the same problems over the 2 years I’ve been staying here.
