It would be the same with your lease agreement.  They should be at least 18 years old to sign it.  If they are 17 or younger, you are entering into a contract with a minor. Children shouldn&#039;t ever sign a lease agreement. If it were me I&#039;d be concerned about dealing with someone that is a minor.  Where are their parents?  Can they cosign?  Can he afford the rental?  Are you breaking the law by permitting a minor to occupy your rental without his parents consent?  These are all questions you should be asking.]]></description>
