We went 4 days with no water as they fixed pipes and a boiler issue. A guy in the building across from ours had his apartment flooded from a broken pip above him. Worse, he had to find a hotel to stay at during superbowl weekend. I think our apartment management just in general drop the ball and don’t care about anything but getting paid on time!
