		<description><![CDATA[unfortunately this would not be clause to break a lease, at least not in Ohio.    Unless the landlord explicity told you in writing they were providing safe and secure conditions at all times you don&#039;t have much of a case.   A typical response on the landlords part usually would be that no one can protect your safety except you, unsafe things can happen anywhere, which is true, but you should definitely do things to help secure yourself ecspeially in the evening hours, parking by lighted areas, walking with your keys in hand, ect..]]></description>
