I've lived in SB (behind your building) spring for 3 years. I've had bed bug problems for the last two. First time I presented the issue to management, they acted like I brought the problem with me from my last spot. They actually kind of freaked me out, making me feel like I was liable for other people getting the pests. Upon confronting my roommate, he mentioned that his last place of residence was fumigated for bed bugs, but he never got any bites. I bit the bullet, threw out about a thousand dollars of my stuff and paid for an extermination. Well...now the damn things are back! So I know its the damn building! after some quick online research through the bed bug registry its easy to see that a ton of the buildings are infested down here!

Oh no that sounds terrible...thanks for the heads up, I am currently looking for a new residence in downtownish area, and SB Main was one of the buildings on my list...I will still check it out, but if you don't mind my asking what floor are you on? have you heard of this problem from any other tenants? and also, some of the research i did on bed bugs relayed that since they are parasites the landlord should be held responsible for treatment of bedbugs as they provide an unlivable and unsafe environment, also, sprays don't work; must use head or cold to kill em and their eggies...
