Bedbug Money Reimbursement

By Drick

The landlord is going to pay for the removal/treatment of the bedbugs. The manager told us the exterminator said the person below my apartment  had a larger infestation than my apartment. I was the tenant who filed the complaint. They are not compensating me for the time spent out of my apartment for treatment, money spent on garbage bags, a new mattress and box spring, laundry, further driving for gas, days taken off work to follow their pre-treatment preparation. Can the RPA or anyone help me fight the landlord to get reimbursement for all these items???
