If your Ins company finds out they are likely to cancel your policy. You already know the dog has a propensity to bite. Normally dogs get one free bite, only one and if it bit your daughter, you as well as tenant know this. You are liable for the damage the next bite does, if it is on your property. I’d get rid of the dog asap.
