		<description><![CDATA[No you can&#039;t break your lease over those items.  Honestly, it sounds like you are being a little anal with your landlord.  Give the guy a break its not like you have a huge health hazard.  The only way you could possibly consider breaking your lease would be to prove that you landlord has breached the lease agreement.  Dripping faucets, and leaking dishwashers don&#039;t justify you getting out of your contract.  
Try being a little more flexible.]]></description>
