		<description><![CDATA[Sorry to tell you that you are bound by your lease agreement as much as your tenant. Without probable cause you can&#039;t legally evict your tenant. Also, he might be telling the truth and it&#039;s the plumber who is taking you for a ride. Have you considered calling out a different company just to verify that? I had to call 3 different AC companies on one 5 year old system last summer just to get it done right and the 1st guy was someone I had been using for 3 years already so it does happen.
The only other advice I could give you is for you and your tenant to agree together for him to move out but you will have to agree to refund his deposit as if it were the end of the lease. And make sure you get his agreement as well as yours in writing with each of you receiving a full executed copy.]]></description>
