Well your landlord can only evict you if you have done something wrong in your apartment, and I believe that those bedbugs didn&#039;t come from you. You can talk to him about the notice (if he had given you any) and explain the situation clearly or you can stay in the unit  and see if he will file an application against you with the Board. If he does, you have the chance to go to the hearing, tell the member about the issue and defend yourself. In this case you can stay in your unit until the Board issues an eviction order, your lucky if the Board will not issue one. Just remember that you cannot be legally evicted without an eviction order from the Board. Fight for your right! You can also file a complaint against him to RPA. :) Goodluck Shay!]]></description>
