I understand this must have an inconvenience for you but some lease agreement states that an owner/landlord or even a tenant can terminate the lease if such premise is deemed to be inhabitable due to the damages and other issues underlying the condition of the premise. It would be best to try to reach out to your landlord and talk about the lease agreement in that way it can be squared out and since leases may vary too. Another option also is to file a complaint through the RPA site and let the agent take care of it or just report the landlord and create a record for it.]]></description>
