I really understand how frustrated you would be as the temperature rise till 88 degrees where as evaporation coolers do not work when the humidity reaches 25% or higher. Landlord need to purchase new cooler or AC as the thing is not working also need to make arrangement the foods which are getting spoiled too or Whether you can change your Landlord after completing exit formalities if he is not doing so.
