When a contract is broken, the damaged parties should make valid efforts to keep his damages as low as possible. In your case that can still be fixed. You can forward a request to your landlord to fix every damage that your apartment has. You can approach him verbally, you can also write a letter which is much better. :) Good luck!]]></description>
